为什么我在vscode上用了引领天下的插件，想登陆，却说：命令"Luogu: 登录洛谷账号"导致错误 （command 'luogu.signin' not found）和命令"Luogu: 使用cookies登录"导致错误 （command 'luogu.cookieslogin' not found）？

有大佬知道原因吗？
